Organic fair trade raw silk noil is botanically imprinted with fresh eucalyptus leaves and handpicked flowers to create a striking mirrored composition for the Folium dress. This soft piece is fitted at the neck opening with a back zipper and makes an A-line shape down. Side slits for flexibility and appeal.

Fit: Fitted at the shoulders but less fitted throughout— falls in an A-line shaped sheath to the hemline. Measurements are based on body, not the dress.

Composition: Each piece is slightly different in pattern placement and composition of the leaves, and truly one-of-a-kind, and made from start to finish by the same pair of hands. Colorful surprises and attractive inconsistencies occur in the dye process, making each item one-of-a-kind, painterly and alluring, as nature intends.
Timing: Please allow up to 2 weeks production time for your dress as each one is hand-dyed, botanically printed and made by hand according to your size. A shipping notification will be sent out once the item has shipped.
How is this made? Flora Obscura items go through a multi-step process. The silk is first imbued with flowers through a steaming process, next its dyed or hand painted with natural dyes. Once it's reached the desired color palate, the silk is then cut and sewn into a garment.
