While each pillowcase is individually made, the overall background color and botanical design remain true to the product images. Because each piece is created using natural dyes and real plant materials, subtle variations in botanical placement, pigmentation, and tonal depth are inherent to the process. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Our minimum wholesale order is 8 pieces.
What is the production time?
Orders are typically produced and ready to ship within 14–21 days.
What are your wholesale payment terms?
Payment in full is required at the time of order.
What is your wholesale pricing / MSRP?
Wholesale pricing is 50% of the suggested retail price (MSRP).
Do you accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders?
No. All wholesale sales are final. Because each Flora Obscura piece is individually handcrafted, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Are the pieces exactly identical to the images shown?
Flora Obscura textiles are handcrafted using natural dyes and botanical printing. Each piece has its own subtle variations in color, botanical placement, and pigmentation. Product images represent the overall palette and design, but no two pieces are exactly alike.
Can I request specific colors or botanical prints?
Our collections are created in small batches, and availability varies. We’re happy to discuss current selections and, when possible, accommodate specific requests.
How are wholesale orders shipped?
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped once production is complete. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the wholesale customer.
Can I combine different designs to meet the minimum?
Yes. The 8-piece minimum may be mixed across available designs and styles.
