  • Each Flora Obscura wall hanging begins as pure white fiber. The fabric is first prepared using our studio's signature mordanting recipes, developed to produce luminous, richly colored, and lasting botanical impressions.

    Rather than being printed with ink or paint, every botanical impression is created directly from the plants themselves. The result is an original textile artwork that captures a single moment in nature—one that can never be exactly repeated.

  • Each Flora Obscura silk panel arrives ready to display with natural wood dowels and a slender metal hanging wire.

    Simply install a picture hook or small nail in the wall and hang the wire as you would a framed artwork. Once in place, gently smooth the silk so it hangs naturally. The dowels provide subtle weight to keep the panel beautifully suspended while allowing the silk to retain its soft, organic drape.

    For the most striking presentation, display your panel where natural light can illuminate the botanical impressions throughout the day. Avoid direct sunlight to help preserve the richness of the natural dyes for years to come.
